If you made your reservation on our website for a stay before 30 April 2020, you can reschedule your visit until end of 2020 for free. New reservations made and arriving through upcoming months are 100% refundable. Just email us email@example.com and we will take care of everything. If you made your booking via a third-party website, please check their cancellation policy.
